Bookmarks may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

Because charms and bundles are often customized or selected by the customer, these items are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
